Since 2017, the Princess Agunbiade Foundation has worked to uplift young people through education, leadership, and advocacy.

A Leadership Platform for the 21st Century Woman.
BBB Women Org is a global women’s empowerment initiative I founded to help women redefine success and leadership on their own terms. Through mentoring, media, and movement-building, we equip young women with tools for personal growth, visibility, and leadership.
Our Mission
To close the gender leadership aspiration gap by equipping women with the mindset, skills, and confidence to take up space and lead boldly.
Notable Initiatives
• BBB Women Empowerment Workshops (500+ women trained)
• The Pretty Powerful Campaign – Reached 50,000+ girls, launched a documentary & podcast, and held a virtual conference with 300+ attendees

The 35 Percent Project
A bold advocacy movement for gender inclusion in politics.
As a co-creator of The 35 Percent Project — a capstone initiative under the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance — I support national efforts to increase the political representation of women in Nigeria.
